The National Business Women Enterprise Network is in the process of planning our 1st Annual WomenPreneurs Conference & Business Expo. The anticipated date is March 27-28, 2010. The location is TBD.
We would like to give everyone in our network the opportunity to participate as an exhibitor or sponsor. Colleges are encouraged to participate! Our goal is to promote at least 100 exhibitors at the event (Official NBWEN members receive a 50% discount!) You may promote either by purchasing a booth, an ad in our program booklet, or placement of business cards or products in our gift bags.
Additionally, we are looking for select facilitators in various aspects of business, health & beauty, fashion, fitness, and education.
Whether you’re still dreaming of starting your own business or you’re in the thick of things, EMPOWER yourself by joining us for this charitable event featuring products, services, and business and scholarship opportunities for women and youth.
Enjoy a savvy business fashion extravaganza, shopping, educational seminars, live entertainment, and door prizes!
A portion of the proceeds will be used for our scholarship fund for youth entrepreneurs and grants for business start-ups.

NBWEN Women's Fund
Through the NBWEN Women's Fund, our desire is to award $20,000 in scholarships to deserving young ladies seeking a business degree from an accredited two- or four- year college or university, or vocational school, as well as grants to women in our community who wish to establish and grow their own business (startups in business less than 3 yrs).
Five women will each be awarded $2,500 grants, 5 women will each be awarded $1,000 scholarships, and 5 women will each be awarded $750 scholarships.
