- I am married to a wonderful black man named Shelby Hill, Relationship Coach and creator of a blog called "Is He The Right One.com". Our 20 years old son, Julian, is away in college.
I am Certified Life Coach, dedicated to helping women tap into their inner pupose and passion in order to live they life they want and deserve. I offer one-on-one private coaching and group coaching through an amazing program called Compass Coaching Network Life. Compass is an incredible organization that offers women group coaching services at an affordable price. "Every woman deserves a life coach". I am also the Creator and Author of MLMBlackwoman.com, the site that educates and celebrates women of color in the network marketing industry/direct sales industry. I fell in love with the direct sales industry several years ago and decided to build a business in this profession. My main focus now is to support and highlight black women in our profession. This is what led me to create MLMBlackwoman.com and our social network, www.MLMBlackwoman.ning.com. It is time for black women to be seen and celebrated in network marketing, I intend to help make that happen!!
I am the host of a Blog Talk Radio Show called THE DIRECT SALES DIVA! My show continues my mission to celebrate and educate women of color in direct sales. The show features successful black women in direct sales and also self development professionals...all sharing their tips and secrets for success.
As if that isn't enough...I am an on-air guest for a clothing line on the Home Shopping Network (HSN). This is a "dream gig" because I am only on the air 3 or 4 days a month. It creates another stream of income for my family, but doesn't prevent me from living my true life purpose...helping others reach their highest potential and SHINE!!!

- My purpose and passion is to help others reach their highest potential. I want to contribute to this site positively and learn from the other wonderful women in this community. I am also here to meet women that may be interested in life coaching services and also women that are interested in joining my Compass Coach business. There is a great income opportunity for anyone that becomes a representative by marketing my coaching services to others.

Through the NBWEN Women's Fund, our desire is to award $20,000 in scholarships to deserving young ladies seeking a business degree from an accredited two- or four- year college or university, or vocational school, as well as grants to women in our community who wish to establish and grow their own business (startups in business less than 3 yrs).
Five women will each be awarded $2,500 grants, 5 women will each be awarded $1,000 scholarships, and 5 women will each be awarded $750 scholarships.
If you can help us with our goal of "Making a Difference... Ensuring Success", please take the opportunity to contribute in whatever amount you desire. ($1, $2, $5, $20, $100, $250, $500 or whatever you like)
