- I am a wife, mother of two boys, a business owner and a full time Government worker. I have been in the military. I was born and raised in Washington, DC. I am a participant in my sons PTSA and invloved in a lot of various activites in there school and out.

- I have two business. The first one is my main focus that I am trying to maintain and that is a retail purse business. I sell a variety of hobo, totes, satchels, and clutches. My business also have a lot of different charm/toggle bracelets. I am in the process of getting into shoes, so that I cna have then with the purses.
Now I am pretty sure that some of you have probably heard of my other business "The Pampered Chef", this business consist of various cooking utensils and cookware. I do home and internet shows for my host to get various items from the business, rather it is FREE or discounted.

We believe in giving back to our community, "Making a Difference... Ensuring Success" and we need YOUR help!
Through the NBWEN Women's Fund, our desire is to award $20,000 in scholarships to deserving young ladies seeking a business degree from an accredited two- or four- year college or university, or vocational school, as well as grants to women in our community who wish to establish and grow their own business (startups in business less than 3 yrs).
Five women will each be awarded $2,500 grants, 5 women will each be awarded $1,000 scholarships, and 5 women will each be awarded $750 scholarships.
If you can help us with our goal of "Making a Difference... Ensuring Success", please take the opportunity to contribute in whatever amount you desire. ($1, $2, $5, $20, $100, $250, $500 or whatever you like)
