- Well let me introduce myself,my name is Tiffany Powell.I love being an artistic woman.I have an eye for color and design.I have been designing rooms since I was little and had a Barbie dream house.I am also part of a Women's Empowerment group.We host different seminars for women in business.I enjoy encouraging others daily and I like to have fun and tell jokes.(I will keep my business though.)I enjoy telling jokes and when they are funny, I do get a smile.Good thing smiles are contagious.I also read many books and I am always looking for new material to expand my mind.So if you know of any good books,let me know.I have been married for 10 years(yes wow I am excited too) and a mother of three small girls.I love being a wife and a mom watching my girls grow and blossom into future megapreneurs.I am a health nut and a Raw Foodist.I do not have a perm and currently rocking the dreadlocks.These days, I spend my time being productive in free enterprise and continuing to grow my mind.

Through the NBWEN Women's Fund, our desire is to award $20,000 in scholarships to deserving young ladies seeking a business degree from an accredited two- or four- year college or university, or vocational school, as well as grants to women in our community who wish to establish and grow their own business (startups in business less than 3 yrs).
Five women will each be awarded $2,500 grants, 5 women will each be awarded $1,000 scholarships, and 5 women will each be awarded $750 scholarships.
